MRS. NATHANIEL BRANCH, JR. Miss Pugh Marries Nathaniel Branch, Jr. Delia Annette Pugh and Nathaniel Branch, Jr., both of Greensboro, were united in mar riage Saturday, Feb. 15, at 2 p.m. at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Littleton. The Rev. Richard Battle per formed the double-ring cere mony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry W. Pugh of littleton. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Nathaniel Branch, Sr. of Norfolk, Va. Wedding music was provided by MacDonald Hunter, organist, and Marie Robinson, soloist. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown of white satin. The Victorian neckline was adorned with Venice lace medallions, pearls and sequins. The bodice was fit ted and accented with Venice lace. The skirt was full and ex tended into a cathedral train edged with Venice lace. The bride's matching derby style hat was covered with satin and accented with Venice lace adorned with pearls. Annie Wigfall of Wilmington, Del., aunt of the bride, was matron of honor. Maid of honor was Stephanie Pettiford of Rich mond, Va. Bridesmaids were Cheryl Brown of Mitchellville, Md.; Lavonne Chappelle of Chesapeake, Va.; Evurn Garner of Greensboro and Maxine Singleton, sister of the groom, of Virginia Beach, Va. Elowergirl was Jenaye Sutton, cousin of the bride, of Durham. Connell Morrow of Greensboro served as best man. Groomsmen were Charles Chappelle of Chesapeake, Va.; and Earle Glenn, Donald Graham, Charles Williams, uncle of the bride, and Wyrenck Williams, all of Greensboro. Ring-bearer was Jason Williams, cousin of the bride, of Greensboro. Candle-lighters were Eddie Greene, Jr. of Roanoke Rapids and Tony Williams of Henderson, both cousins of the bride. The bride is a graduate of Northwest High School and Hampton Institute. She is employed with Offutt Publishing Company, Inc. in Greensboro. The groom is a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School in Norfolk, Va. and North Carolina Central University. He is employed with Xerox Corpora tion in Greensboro. The couple will reside in Greensboro. Reception Immediately following the ceremony, the bride's parents entertained with a reception at lakeland Cultural Arts Center in Littleton with Mrs. Evelyn Walls of Durham and Mrs. Rosetta Williams of Greensboro serving as hostesses. Mrs. Gladys Alston presided at the register. Mrs. Joyce Rogers of Durham and Ms. Angela Greene of Roanoke Rapids presided over the gift table. Rehearsal Dinner A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the parents of the bride and groom and Mrs. Lorena Brown in the fellowship hall of the church on the eve of the wedding.
