NOTICE OF TAX LIENS
ON REAL PROPERTY
Below is a list of each parcel of real property on which Warren
County has a tax hen for unpaid taxes. The real estate that is subject
to the hen, the name of the person to whom the property is listed for
taxes, and the principal amount of the taxes, are set out below. The
amounts advertised will be increased by interest and costs. The
omission of interest and costs from the amounts advertised does not
constitute waiver of the taxing units claim for those items. Warren
County may foreclose the tax hens and sell the real property subject
to the liens in satisfaction of its claim for taxes.
