The 11th Annual Special Olym pics for handicapped persons, sponsored by The Warren Coun ty Exceptional Program, will be held Friday, April 24. The open ing ceremonies will begin at 9 a.m. at the lion's Den in Warren ton. The rain date is May 1. There will be lots of excite ment, fun and food, as well as a special personality there to shake hands with, the announcement said.
