An orbitread machine allows our personnel to use bulk
rubber in preparing all of the hot caps. This modern
machine applies 16 pounds of rubber a minute to the tires,
and allows for recapping a tire with no splice, making for
a better balanced, smoother tire.
This is one of several trucks used to deliver merchan
dise to surrounding towns and counties. We supply recaps
to more than 80 accounts outside of Warren County within
a 120- mile radius. We offer passenger and truck recap
ping and vulcanizing for off-the-road equipment.
This new front-er.d machine allows for front and rear
wheel alignment. We also have a pit type machine which
accommodates up to one-ton trucks and crew cabs in our
up-to-date service department.
