For three years the government lias been experimenting along this line, and it already has reduced the percent age of nicotine in tobacco from 3.5 to l.:!l per cent. What's more, Dr. W. XV. Garner, of the Bureau of Phint Industry at Wash ington, says that the flavor of the to bacco hasn't been changed a bit. The government has an experiment al station at Landisville.
