Miss Laura Massey spent last week visaing her sister, Mrs. W. P. Talor near Sten Hope. Mr. W. P. Taylor’s many friends were glad to see him in the Rocky Cross community Saturday after noon. Mr. O. N. Bryand of near Knightdale spent the week-end visiting his sister Mrs. W. A. Bryant who is ill. Mrs. Willie Murray of near Spring Hope spent part of last week with her mother who is ill. The friends of Mr. S. T. Strick land hope that he will soon be able to leave the hospital. Mr. and Mrs. D. T. Alford and Mr. and Mrs. J. Murray, all of near Sten Hope visited Mr. and Mr 3. T. H. Bryant Sunday after noon. Mr. Robert Hagwood and family of near Zebulon visiter Mrs. J. E. Hagwood Sunday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Marlowe of Spring Hope visited Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Massey Sunday afternoon. We were very glad to have such a lage crowd out at church Sun day. We were also very glad to have our Sunday School sperin tendent, Mr. T. A. Hagwood, back with us after a long illness. There is a Sunday School Vocal Union at Rocky Cross church next Sunday afternoon beginning at 1:30 o’clock. We would be glad to have a large number of people. So you Sunday School leaders get your choirs together and come down.
