COURTHOUSES LIGHTED
All county seats in North Caro
lina now have electric lights. The
last to turn on the current was
Swanquarter in January of this
year. Justice may be blind, but her
administrators need light and it is
gratifying to note that enough
progress has been made in the
state for them to have it.
