A single by Bolden and a double by Spell were the big blows i i a two-run “lucky seventh"’ which broke a 4-all tie. Andy Fuller relieved lefty Up church in the fifth and blanked Wakelon the rest of the way. A- C. Dawson succeeded Rainey Hayes., Wakelon’s starting hurlcr, in he' third and blanked the Bulls except in the seventh. Dawson hit a homer and a single to share Wakelon’s batting leader ship with Dick Hoyle, who hit a double and a single. Spell contributed a homer and a double for the Bulls; H.
