Colored Column WIGGINS-RHODES Shortly after ten o’clock on Wed nesday morning of this week all work in the RECORD shop was suspended that there might be quiet —and witnesses—while the editor performed the ceremony uniting in marriage William Atlas Wig gns, aged 69, to Annie Rhodes, 55, of Zebulon routes 2 and 3 respect ively. Both had been married be fore, and both said they had to hur ry back to work, peas and cotton needed picking at once.
