Soak ' • 'ablespoon unflavored gel atin and 1 tablespoon canned pine apple juice for 5 minutes Heat *> tablespoons pineapple juice to the boiling point and add: stir until gel atin is dissolved. Then add dissolved gelatin and teaspoon salt to egg yolk mixture- and cool Beat 4 egg whites until frothy Add 6 table spoons of sugar gradually and con tin tie beating until stiff meringue is formed Fold this meringue into the cooked mixture (cooled) and then add M> cup crushed pineapple (drained.)
