SOCIETY £ MRS. THEO. B. DAVIS, Editor f Please send local or personal items to the RECORD shop by Tuesday night, if possible. A NOTE FROM ME TO YOU I think about you often, And I’d write you every day, But there’s so very little That seems worth while to say. It either rains or doesn’t rain, It’s either hot or cold .... The news is all uninteresting, Or else it's all been told. The only thing that matters Is the fact that you are there And I am here without you, And it’s lonesome everywhere. I think about the way you smile And I recall your touch .... And distance lends enchantment— And—l miss you very much. —DOROTHY DOW. Mrs. C. T.
