Page Eight Occoneechee Council Sets 1947 Goal At Over $46,000 for Boy Scouts Plans for raising the 1948 oper ating budget of the Occoneechee Council were completed at a meet ing of the Occoneechee Campaign Committee held last nght in Ra leigh, it is announced today by Dr. R. O. Humphrey, Sanford, j campaign chairman. The campaign in the non-Chest towns will be conducted simul taneously. Scouting in Zebulon is part of the Community Chest, but the other eight districts will be conducting strictly scout cam- j paigns.
