Friday, June 4, 1948 PERSONALS Pastor Mitchell, Rev. R. H. Herring, Mrs. Herring and Theo. B. Davis were among those at tending commencement at Wake Forest College Monday. Mr. Davis went especially to be present at the reunion of his class, 1903, Os the 39 graduates of that year five were at Monday’s reunion. Miss Beth Massey has returned from a vacation trip to Chilicothe, Ohio. Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Dizor of Raleigh and Miss Annie Dizor of Durham paid short visits to some friends in Zebulon Wednesday af ternoon. Hephzibah Baptist Church members enjoyed a reception and pounding for their new pastor, the Rev. Joe Roach, and family on Thursday night at the Community Center. The Baker Bible Class and the Y. W. A. were hostesses for the occasion. Bessie Kay Williams, who re ceived her degree Monday, has the distinction of being the first Zeb ulon co-ed to take her entire col lege course at Wake Forest.
