Page Eight PERSONALS Mr. and Mrs. Watson Houston and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Peeler of Salisbury, N. C., visited with the William Bunns this week. Phil Bunn attended the Indian apolis races last week, going on to Windsor, Ontario, Canada, for this week. He will return to Zebulon in a few days. Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Winstead and family, of Tabor City, visited the Robert Dawsons and Irby Gills last weekend. Mrs. Olive Winstead of Ranson ville, sister of Mrs. Mildred Daw son will visit her in Zebulon this weekend. Mrs. Paul Wright and son Paul, Jr. visited Mrs. Millard Chamblee this week. Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Brantley Jr. and daughter Robin Anne of Dur ham will visit the R. H. Brantleys this weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne B£al of Burlington spent the weekend with the L. E. Longs. Dottie and Gail Privette visited the Robert Daniels Masseys in Whitakers last weekend. Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Pippin, will take notice that an action entitled as above has been commenced in the Superior Court of Wake County, North Carolina, in a Special Proceeding No. 7690, in which action the plaintiffs are asking and praying: 1. That a commissioner or com missioners of the Court be ap pointed to sell for division, either at public or private sale, at his or their discretion, the five (5) tracts or parcels of land belonging to the heirs of the late Alfred A. Pippin, and fully described in the petition, to make deeds to the pur chasers, to collect the purchase money and to disburse the same according to the orders of the Court. The above named defendant will further take notice that he is required to appear in the office of the Clerk of The Superior Court of Wake County, in the Court house in Raleigh, North Carolina, on July 12, 1948, or within ten (10) days thereafter, and answer or demur to the petition of the plaintiffs, or the plaintiffs will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in said petition. Miss Jocelyn House leaves Sat urday for Peabody College in Nashville, Tenn. She will study music there for ten weeks. Miss Joellen Gill is entertaining friends at a houseparty at Pam lico Beach for a week. Those going are Nan Mattox and Ann King of Wendell, Ruth Brown and Norma Faye Gill of Zebulon. Mr. and Mrs. R. Vance Brown and Mr. and Mrs. Irby Gill will go also. Bobbie Bridgers underwent a tonsilictamy last week at Rex Hos pital, and is improving nicely. Mrs. Ferd Davis has attended parties in Wake Forest and Dur ham in honor of Miss Charlotte Easley of Wake Forest who well be married Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Bayard V. Chamb lee and son, William H., of Ashe ville, are visiting relatives in Zeb ulon, Raleigh and Smithfield. Thurman Hepler was brought home from Duke Hospital Wed nesday afternoon with his temper ature near normal and his general condition very much improved. He will return to the hospital Monday for a check-up.
