Another 100,000 Are
Taken Care of Here
When a prescription for W. H.
Lucas, who lives near Poplar
Springs on Zebulon, Route 2, was
brought in and filled at the Zebu
lon Drug Company, it finished an
other 100,000 prescriptions for E.
C. Daniel’s 43-year-old drug firm.
Dr. Chas. E. Flowers had written
the prescription and it was filled
on August 16.
The drug company donated the
prescription to Mr. Lucas in cele
bration of the event. Although
they have not kept an accurate
record of the exact number, the
druggist states that he is sure over
a half million prescription have
been filled since the Zebulon Drug
Company was started.
The store is the oldest business
in Zebulon still under its original
management.
