Mr. John Harris of Raleigh, and
Mr. Fuller of Louisburg, both of
the Extension Service came on
Friday afternoon in the home of
Mr. and Mrs. Homer Williams and
landscaped their yard. Several of
the ladies in the community were
there. He also went to the home
of Mr. and Mrs. G. U. Massey.
Mrs. Avon Brantley is in Watts
Hospital in Durham where she is
undergoing an operation. We wish
for her a speedy recovery.
Mrs. Roy Todd of Raleigh was
here Sunday.
We are very glad that Mrs. W.
I. Phillips has come home. We
hope that she will soon be well
and out again.
Regular church services will
be held.
