Barbecue Supper Planned Tonight
At Hopkins Cross Roads by Church
Remember our barbecue supper
Friday -night at Hopkins Cross
Roads. There will be food, music,
and a prize for the guessing of
beans in a jar. The prize is a big
cake. Jeff Perry and his friends
will furnish the music. There will
also be a cake to be sold to the
highest bidder. The proceeds from
this supper will be used for in
terior work in the church. So
everybody come and bring along
all your family and friends. Plates
%re one dollar apiece. You may
ave your choice of pig or chicken
barbecue. You may come at 5
o’clokc or 7 o’clock or any time
in between. However, if you come
early you may get a better plate.
Be sure to come Friday night, Oct.

Jimmy Lee Pearce; Secretary, Mrs.
Leona Fowler; and Treasurer,
Mrs. Polly Brannan. Committee
chairmen also were chosen.
Hopkins Chapel Girls Auxiliary
will meet Saturday afternoon at
