Wakelon Drug Company DIAL 3741 Hfl|H|||aaßaa ra|lH "Here to Stay" Seventeen Boy Scouts Attend Council Camp Seventeen Boy Scouts from the Zebulon troop spent the weekend at the Occoneechee Council Camp oree held at Camp Durant between Raleigh and Wake Forest last Fri day, Saturday, and Sunday. The group left at 4:00 Friday afternoon and returned Sunday afternoon. On Saturday they organized the camp area, and played tag football against the Cathedral Latin troop from Raleigh. Sunday morning Dr. J. W. Kinchloe, pastor of The Zebulon Record Hayes Barton Baptist Church, conducted the devotional for all the Scouts, and the religious ser vices were the first ceremonies to be held in the half-completed Campbell Lodge hall. Saturday night the Scouts took part in the Council camp fire, where Order of the Arrow candi dates were tapped. Chosen from the Zebulon troop were George Riggsbee Massey, Robert Lee Priv ette, Warren Greene, and Scout master Barrie Davis. Troop 40 scouts already members of the sec ret honor camping fraternity are Bill Brantley, James Debnam and Rod Horton. Making the trip on Gordon Temple’s big silver truck were Jimmy Medlin, Irvin Murphy, Cloid Wade, Billy Bunn, George Crowder, Robert Kitchings, John Phillips, Jimmy Joyner, Billy Pip pin, Bill Joe Bailey, Robert Priv ette, Henry Kitchings, Warren Greene, Herbert Privette, Bill Brantley, Keith Temple, and Scoutmaster Barrie Davis. Blend in flour. Add milk gradually and cook over boiling water. Stir constantly until sauce thickens. Take from fire and add cheese and seasonings. Stir until cheese has melted. To Assemble: v*lace a layer of % of the cooked Riceland Rice in a two-quart casserole. Add % of the flaked tuna fish and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chop ped onion. Pour over this % of the cheese sauce. Repeat these three layers. Add final layer of Riceland Rice and top with cheese sauce. Cut tomatoes into thick slices and indent them into the top Riceland Rice layer. Brush with melted margarine or butter and season with salt and pepper. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes or until the tomatoes have cooked and the whole dish is bubbly hot. Will serve as a main dish for 4 or 5 people.
