Henri Brown of Raleigh visited in the W. L. Simp son home Thursday of last week. Mrs. M. D. Terry and Miss Betsy Simpson are spending some time in Baltimore, Md., as guests of the Jack Palmers. Mrs. Aaron Lowery is improving in health after a stay in Rex Hos pital for treatment. She is able to be up a part of each day. The J. K. Barrows returned last week from a trip to the mountains in western N. C. Ferd Davis returned home yester day after treatment at Rex Hho pital. Card of Thanks The family of N. C.
