Two HOPKINS CHAPEL With all humility I’d like to beg the apologies of Wanda Horton and Lucy Mae Blackley. They are Joining our church with the others I mentioned last week, Wanda by baptism and Lucy Mae by letter. Again I say we welcome all of you. We are so sorry the following are on the sick list: Mrs. Preas Gay, “Pete” Mitchell, Mabel Mayes and Mr. and Mrs. John Perry. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Presley Gay. They have another baby girl. Also to Mr. and Mrs. Solon Locklear. They have a ba by boy. Mrs. Beasley of the Wakelon fac ulty was the lucky name drawn at the W. M. S. meeting Friday night. She received a bed quilt. Mrs. Lucy Hopkins is staying at Polly Brannan’s at Wakefield now. She has to lay abed all the time. Mrs. Madie Perry of Hop kins Cross Roads is helping care for her. Everyone was glad to have Exie Bunn at church Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Horton vis ited the Drexel Rhodeses Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Gay vis ited the “Bill” Alfords Sunday.
