Six LIZARD LICK NEWS Attendance at Hephzibah last Sunday was 203. It was well that those came out to the house of the Lord to worship even it if is a busy time. Miss Lila Anderson gave the flowers for the church altar last Sunday. They were a large, beau tiful arrangement of gladioli and were greatly appreciated. A reminder to come for services every Sunday morning. Sunday School at 10:00, preaching at 11:00, and Training Union at 7:00 and a message at 8:00 p. m. Mrs. George Yancey returned home from the hospital Saturday and is much improved. Mrs. Roger Privette is able to be up and out again and is improvihg slowly. Mr. Privette is some better but still remains feeble. Mr. Hubert Liles is still in Rex Hospital but is some better at this time. If all goes well he plans to return home this week. Mr. B. J. Wiggs is receiving doctor’s care but is able to be out and working some. The Sunday afternoon visitors of the W. E. Fullers were: Mr. and Mrs. Sexton Alford and children of the Tabernacle section, Mrs. Stancy Gay and Miss Anna Laura Hobgood. Mr and Mrs. Grover Arnold and Voncile of near Louisburg and Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Privette and chil dren of Wendell visited Mr. and Mrs. R. P. Privette Sunday. Mrs. Martha Weathers has been visit ing with them during the past week and taking care of them dur ing their illness. Miss Crettie Creech Parrish spent Friday night with Miss Mil lie Fuller. Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Ray and children and Miss Nellie Fuller of Zebulon called on the W. E. Fullers Friday night. Mr. and Mrs. Valton Alford and children of Eagle Rock visited Mr. and Mrs. James Honeycutt Sun day afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Will and children of Patterson, N. J., are still visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. J. Wiggs. They plan to return home about Friday of this week. Mrs. Milton Mincey was taken ill Monday with nerves. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Murray and children of near Rolesville visited the W. L. Gays Sunday. Mrs. Ernest Parrish and chil dren and Miss Josephine Gay vis ited Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Carter of Zebulon Sunday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Julian Johnson are getting ready to move in this com munity shortly. Perhaps they will get moved this week. We express our sympathy to Mrs. H. L. Hinnant and other mem bers of the family of Mrs Elbert Whitley who passed away at her home near Knightdale Tuesday. She had been in ill health for some time. He preached a wonderful message as always. Being a pastor there some time ago we always welcome him back as a close friend. The Fellowship meeting is Thursday night of this week at 8:00. The Young Ladies Sunday School Class held its monthly meeting Friday night at 8:00 in the home of Mrs. S. T. Stevens in Wendell. The majority, ninety to fourteen, voted for full time just as it is at this time on through next year. The time for the fall revival was also voted on and plans were made for it to start the second Sunday in September and Rev. O. W. Pulley of Erwin will assist in the meetings. Remember the W. M.
