C. Debnam. The meeting was organizational and Mrs. George Henry Temple was named Chair man of the circle. Mrs. Debnam served delicious refreshments of Russian tea, cook ies, and sandwiches. The new circle will meet on the second Tuesday night of each month. *V ; Municipal Building Nearer Completion Work on the Municipal building proceeded rapidly this week until the rains came. Brick work on the second-floor court room is up nearly to where the roof can be started. Unless additional lengthy delays are experienced, town officials hope that the building may be com pleted by Christmas. Loveliness needs not the aid of foreign ornament, but is, when un adorned, adorned the most.
