Raybon, 64, of Zebulon, Route 4, died Wednesday night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Marvin Bysum, following a heart attack. Mr. Raybon was a lifelong resident of Wake County, a farmer and a member of Hopkins Chapel Baptist Church. Funeral services were conducted Friday at 3 p.m. at the church, with the Rev. John ny Caldwell, pastor, officiating, assisted by the Rev. W. C. Byrum. Burial was in the church ceme tery. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Byrum; two sons, E. L. Raybon of Zebulon, Route 4, and J. E. Raybon of Raleigh; and four grandchildren. The body was tak en to the church at 2 p.m. _N Johnston Baptist Assoc. Training Unions to Meet December 5, 7:30 P.M. The Mass Meeting of the Train ing Unions of the Johnston Baptist Association will be held Monday night, December 5, at 7:30 in the Four Oaks Baptist Church an nounces Director Charles Carroll, Jr. The highlight of the meeting will be the inspirational address by Dr. M. A. Huggins, General secretary of the North Carolina 3aptist Convention. All churches 3f the association are urged to be jresent whether they have a Training Union or not. The at endance banner will go to the Training Union having the largest lumber of its membership pres ent. Plans for the Spring Tourna ment which will feature Junior Temory Work, Intermediate Sword Drills, Better Speakers’ Contest, Adult Bible Reading, and Hymn Festival will be made at this ime. . Rev. Frank Zedick of Selma will ead the singing. Rev. Glyn Hill if the Kenly and Hales Chapel ■hurches will read the Scripture. Sev. Glenn Holt of Sardis and lephzibah will lead in prayer. Special music will be rendered by he Live Oak Choir directed by Mrs. Percy Moore and the White Oak Choir directed by Labon Green.
