Pace lot; thence along the divid ing line between A. H. Pace and J. W. O. Pace, parallel with Whit ley St., North 24 degrees 30 min utes East, 250 feet to an ifon pipe and Southern boundary of the Norfolk-Southern Railway right-of-way; thence along said right-o-way South 65 degjreies 30 minutes East, 50 feet to an iron pipe in the Western boundary of Whitley Street; thence along the Western boundary of Whitley Street, South 24 degrees 30 min utes West, 250 feet to the point of beginning, being a lot 50 feet by 250 feet, said lot being the Eastern one-half of the first tract as de scribed in a deed from the Zebu Ion Company to J. W. O. Pace and A. H. Pace, recorded in book 260, at page 447, Wake County Regis try. Second Tract.
