Junior Play
“Finders-Creepers,” a mystery
comedy, will be presented Friday
night, March 29, by the Wakelon
High School junior class. The
curtain will go up at 8 o’clock.
Excitement really begins when
Hercules and Wilbur, 13-year-old
bosom pals, arrive to spend the
weekend with Hercules’s Aunt
Mary and Uncle Bob, who has re
cently taken a new job—that of
an undertaker.
See Wilbur and Hercules go into
action as they attempt to solve the
case as matters go from bad to
worse. The boys escape with their
necks but not before one of the
wildest finishes ever.
It’s a play chock-full of choice
comedy parts with well-paced, rib
tickling mystery comedy.
Mrs. Stanley Seago and Roscoe
Spellman are co-directors of the
production.

Wrenn said he sells more than

He said sales are no problem.
Some of his furniture is sold lo

Wrenn said smaller furniture
manufacturers cause the larger
manufacturing firms some concern.
Smaller manufacturers will some
times cut their prices in order to
sell to customers. He, however,
uses a little more selling power
so as not to cut prices.
He is very pleased with his bus

Wrenn is the son of Mrs. C. F.
Wrenn of Route 1, Zebulon, and
the late Mr. Wrenn. He is one of
five children of his father’s and
mother’s second marriage. His
father was a farmer.
Both he and his wife are mem
bers of Union Hope Baptist
Church. He is active in church
work, having taught Sunday
School classes since he was six
teen years old. He presently is as
sistant teacher of the Young Peo
ples Sunday School Class and is
assistant Training Union director.
For the past three years he has
been Scoutmaster of the church’s
Boy Scout Troop. This is one of
his most loved diversions. He said
his hobby is bird hunting and only
recently went to Georgia with
friends on a quail hunting trip.
He belongs to no civic organi
zations, saying he has never had !
time to join.
A soft-spoken man of 33, Wrenn
knows where he is going, what
he is going to do, and has energy,
initiative, and faith enough to ac
complish his goals. One could
say that he has already made a
head start.
