Whereas, on April 7, 1961, Mayon
Wade Duke and wife, Gray Raybon Duke,
executed to W. H. Rhodes, Trustee, a
deed of trust on the lands hereinafter de
scribed, which is of record in Book 1452,
page 1, in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Wake County, North Carolina.
And whereas, on September 14, 1963,
said W. H. Rhodes, Trustee, after due
advertisement, sold the lands hereinafter
described at public auction to the highest
bidder for cash on the premises when and
where the last and highest bid was
$12,000.00.
And whereas, due report of said sale
was made to the Clerk of the Superior
