The case is under investigation by the court, he explained, and his de partment will not participate . unless requested by the court or the itigants. In case he did,. conduct an investiga tion after such a request, he said, he would report only " to the court. He said the records of the asylum are" private only by summoning an. official of the hospital to court. - Attendants at the 'institution ' said the girl has told them ; that Jaf dine Induced her 0 sign a voluntary petition- for incarceration in- the' asylum by telling her she was a "love child," afflicted with epilepsy.
