Pursuant to a resolution submitted to and passed by'the Board of Aldermen of the of Concord, North Carolina, on April 12th, 1923, ordering the sidewalk on the South Side of Buffalo Street be tween Sor*ng Street and Kerr Street to lie paved with concrete.
