Stack in Charlotte Monday afternoon, the case iof the North Oaroftfa Cotton Growers’ Association against J. D. H. Isenhour, )M F. Teeter and T. C. Litaker. all of . this county, was brought up amt an ef fort made to remove the injunctions against the three men was successful in cn? case, that of T. C Litaker. All three of the defendants hail been iu joined against selling the If)21 crop of cotton and were seeking to have the re strictions removed. By common consent of bo'h sides, the case of Mr. Teeter was continued. How ever, the cases of Isenhour and Litaker wyre heard. .A „ Although Isenhour claimed that he had rented the land for one-third of the value "of the crop and that therefore had no crop to sell, Judge Stack ruled that this had been done after the con tract with the Cotton Growers’ Associa tion had been signed and that it was therefore not valid. Litaker brought out that he had never signed a contract with the association and that therefore should not have to sell his crop through it. The court sus iained him in this and the injunction was removed. Representing Litaker in Charlotte was* Attorney John M. Oglesby. T. D.
