Rudisill, claiming defraud, swore be did not endorse the notes the bank discounted for him. He admits he signed them tout did not endorse. The bank put a United States secret service man from ehariote on the stand. He testified that the "W. L. Rudisill” oil the front on the note and the “W. L.
