New York, Oct 2.—Print cloths sold in fair quantities today for Oc tober delivery at 10 cents for 38 1-2- inch 64x60, and 10 5-8 cents for Jan uary-February deliveries of 68x 72’s, the highest level for the current eot -tpn year. Sheetings, print cloths, and convertibles were steady. Busi ness was more active on napped cot tons. Ray silk advanced on large sales at Yokobart. Silk goods were quieter. Burlaps wri-e very strong following a further advance in jute, bringing prices for the latter to the highest point in three or four years. Cloaks are beginning tj sell more freely as winter approaches. Worsted lines of men’s wenr in specialty nnm were have sold well in several mills.
