Just as sure! as they do that, just so sure will the Kepnblican party triumph and the death knell of "free silver" 'be for ever sounded. While there may be ome Bepublicans who advocate "free silver," yet the Republican party is strongly opposed to it and will ef fectually . prevent it if it has the power. This is especially true of the Republican party throughout the North, and it is true of a majority of that party even in this State.
