New Automobile Law for the State
Becomes Effective First of Next
Month and Will Be Enforced
A matter of some importance to
automobilists is the. new law which
will -require that all automobiles -be
equipped with dimmers after July.
This is a state law and copies of it
have been sent to the local authori
ties here for enforcement. There is
another provision for. the future in
regard -to cars which is a decided
change over the old regulations, ar
that is the requirements for the car
rying of two Estate number tags by

"Your excellency is good enought to
express the thanks of the Belgian
people for the participation of Aim
erica in feeding the people of your
stricken country. This work in which
so many Americans have been enthus-
iastically engaged 'since' the begin"
ning of the war, is one which has
brought as much benefit; to them ias
to the innocent civilian population
whom it was intended to aid.

sincere admiration for . the valiant
