The Steamer Neuse Arrives The steamer Neuse arrived at Its dock yesterday morning at 10:20 and was warmly greeted by the tugs aud steam craft with the fog horn whistles Marks of mud on her prow indicate that she plowed her way from Norfolk through he Dismal Swamp Canal, As she sailed into her slip she was caught by the wind and as she had no cargo to weight her down she was car ried back almost to Uulon Point and re turned to her place with better suc cess. The Neuse leaves tonight for Bel- haven replacing the Ocracoke which is undergoing repairs. Next Friday She will resume her trips to Elizabeth City and as usual will leave New Bern every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for Elizabeth City.
