Superin tendent of Children s Division. It is {earned through a letter from Miss Bertha H. Wilson, of Danville. Va., R. F. D. No. 5. that the Children's Division of the Cas well County Sunday Schooi Asso ciation, Mrs. NeH Oliver Garrett, superintendent, was awarded a much coveted prize at the con vention of the North Carolina Sunday School Association, re cently held at Hickory. Caswell county was one out of five counties in the entire western section of the state to receive such a banner, so Miss Wilson writes. It is learned that much of the credit for Caswell's success in winning this banner is due to the long and faithful labors of Mrs. Garrett among the young people of this county in their relations to the Sunday school. GRANDDAUGHTERS OF GOVERNOR MOREHEAD VISIT MILTON Mrs. W. T Harris and Mrs, Randolph, of Danville, and Mrs. Gray Morehead Parish, of New Yofk, were visitors in Milton last Friday. M U. on Monday in the church partor. The subject was "Hpspitat Work of the Southern Baptist Convention." Scripture readings on "Divine Heating by the Master," were read and pray-— er offered. The ministry of heating was dis cusser! by Miss Minerva Jones in which she show ed that one of the most effective ways of carrying saivation to the heathen is by way of the medica) missionary, and cit ed some noted instances in the hospitals in foreign iands in which whoie famiiies have been con verted. "The Great Physician" was here sung and Mrs. Morrison very tenderly rendered a poem, of the evening hour when the Master heated by the seaside.
