The g-ame was marked by an en tire absence of ill feeling" on either side, and though there was more "kicking" than suited the specta' tors, yet in these respects the game was satisfactory. As to the game itself, for the first fifteen minutes both sides played hard ball, then the 'Varsity for soiue unaccountable reason slowed down and didn't play "bumble puppy" until within the last ten minutes when they were again aroused from.their sleep walk ing state. There was entirely too much talking in line and inattention to signals, and a great deal more fumbling than there should have been, nor did the interference do its duty always, some of the men being particularly slow.
