Skldoo! The following want ad which ap peared in a recent issue of a metro politan paper, has called forth much indignation from the fair stu dents of several colleges: WANTED A wife. Will spend honeymoon abroad; no co-ed need apply. Address: J. 18, Tribune. Freshman Plus Snow. A mixture of snow and Freshman does not form a very stable com pound. Take a crowd of Freshmen anywhere and add a few well di rected snowballs and the result is immediately a body every atom of which is in violent motion. So violent is this motion, that the body instantly dissolves spontaneously, and within the space of sixty se conds not a particle of it is to be found. While the statement of this phenomenon ma" seem marvel ous to the scientists of the Univer sity, they have only to observe the entrance to the recitation buildings at the end of any pericd while the snow is on the ground to see a prac tical demonsl ration of its working.
