That we condemn the rule debar ring- men who have never received more than expenses for having par licipated in athletic contests. 13. That we lament the low ebb to which the University of North Carolina athletics have fallen in the past two years and pledge ourselves to an effort to better present condi tions. 14, That we endorse every thought expressed in the letter of "An Alumnus", that appeared in the December 1 edition of the Char lotte Observer. 15.
