In the Phi Hall Friday night
there was an interesting debate on
the query, Resolved. That Con
gress should appropriate funds for
Aerial Navigation. The affirma
tive side won and Mr. E. W.
Turlington was the best speaker.
Saturday night the query, Resolved,
