More Chance for,4'Next to Godliness" Mr. Editor: Physiologically speaking a bath is more beneficial to the student than most other things in our physical culture paraphernalia. This is what Dr Mangum has said and what we have sometimes had the pleasure of knowing but alas! the days are gone when a man can get a decent bath in the gym. With the increase m numbers at the University the facilities for bathing have gradually decreased. To supply oyer eight hundred j students we have only ten shower baths in our gymna sium and only , five of these supply warm water in these cold days. I have lately heard several students say that they must run down early on Saturday for fear they will not get their weekly bath ! Suppose they; are at the labor atory and must go late. My own room mate has had this experience and I am getting tired of it. Personally I have been deprived of a warm bath for two weeks and had to wait a considerable time to get a Haste of the cold water.! - I understand that some baths have been installed at4 the Inn and at the Mary Ana Smith building.but then we can't all of us go there besidesjl would not have my dog washed at the Mary Ann Smith. What we need is more harhs at the e-vm. and if we can't5 get ' i more at least let's have the old ones fixed so we can get more hot water. j ! - '1-;:i'J- A Student.: J ALL THE TEAMS PLAYING HARD THIS WEEK FOR THE i CHAMPIONSHIP Seniors lose to Juniors.
