In case of a vacancy in any office provided for in section 2, by resignation or otherwise, a successor shall be chosen by a board of electors consisting of the officers of the athlet ic association and the editorial bo;ird of the Tar Heel. "Section 5. All profits derived frdm the management of the Tar Heel shall be distributed as follows: one-third shall be paid to the association, one third to the editor-in-chief, and one third to the business manager. "Section 6. A copy of each issue of the Tar Heel shall be sen t to each member of the Visiting and Executive Committees of the Board of Trustees of the University of North Carolina. "Section 7. The business manager shall be allowed seventy-five cents per annum for each subscription of the members of said committees, to be paid out of the profits accruing to the as sociation; provided, however, that in no case shall said subscriptions exceed the amount of the profits accruing to the association. "Section 8. The business manager of the Tar Heel shall submit to the fi nance committee of the association an itemized statement of the business for the year." 4. The following sub-section be ad ded to article 5, section 3. "(c) The secretary shall receive five dollars per "annum for the strict per formance of his services as enumerate! above." f.
