Baltimore Md. His resignation soon,
to be handed in here, will be to take

Dr. H. V. Wilson gave an illustrated
lecture Tuesday night in Davie Hall
to his classes in zoology. ' He showed
photographic views of specimens of
all the groups of the animal kingdom.
The pictures, - the sponges, coelenter
ates, anthropoids, and mammals, (in
cluding. Vz primates) ! were very, in
teresting and instructive.
Dr. . Wilson showed the con
trasts existing between the gorilla
and man. This was probably the
most interesting part of the lecture.
