The team that defeat ed Virginia, that split with A. & M. was unable to get any thing better than a tie Tuesday. The first game of seven innings ended four to four. This was Aycock's first game of the season on the mound, The second, Watkins won 2 to 0, after five innings of play. H. Bailey had on his bat ting clothes, out of live trips to the plate he gathered three hits which averaged half a circuit each. Two went to the fence one for three, the other for two, He brought home two runs with his stick, and then two more with his own legs. Not bad out of a total of six. "J. P." Rousseau was back at short and delivered the goods. With the exception 'of a fumbled short throw to second he worked perfectly.
