In the practice games rith the varsity scrubs, the first year reserve team has developed into a powerful and well-working machine. Among the material of the squad is found much ability. There are many former preperatory school and high school stars who are going well. In their work, the warriors of Coach Bond have displayed a large amount of speed and weight in hitting the line and covering ground. When interviewed by a representa tive of the Tar Heel, Coach Bond seemed very well pleased with the showing of his cohorts and confident of & most suc cessful season.
