(Continued on page eleven) Assembly To Open Quarter Tuesday Governor Hoey Will Be Initial Guest Speaker This Year . The Phi assembly will hold its first meeting of the year Tuesday night on the fourth floor of New East. The society, organized in 1795, will continue with a pro gram similar to last year's. In formal discussions will be held during the meetings, and a guest speaker will be invited to con duct an open forum once each month. The first speaker of the year will be Governor Clyde R. Toms, di rector of. the University Glee club, announced yesterday ' that he wished to urge all new men wanting to join the club. this year to attend the first re hearsal Monday at 5 o'clock in Hill Music hall.
