Paul O'Bryan, capitol district chancellor, and Jim Hunt of White Senate at Georgetown University came from Washington, D. C, to per form the initiation ceremonies in the Carolina inn with Dean It. H. Wet- tach of the University law school, former member of the Gibson Sen ate at the University of Pittsburgh. After starting here in 1924, the Battle Senate discontinued its char ter during the 1930 years of the de pression. The new Senate is already well organized under the following officers: Preston White,, dean; Dave Henderson, vice-dean; George Mc Dermott, clerk of the rolls; William Smith, clerk of the exchequer; E. O. Brogden, master of the ritual; Rob ert 'Altamose, bailiff; and John W. Campbell, tribune.
