The weekly show, one in a se ries of musical appreciation p3r formances for children, will be directed by Jim Tucker, senior from Troy. Producers for the "show are Tucker and Sandy Min nix, senior from Pleasantville, N. J. It is a presentation of the radio division of the communica tions center, . Radio station WDUK will carry the program which also will pre sent Mrs. Tom Bradshaw of White Cross in selections from her repertoire of 40 folk songs. ' Bill Collins, graduate student, will serve as master of ceremonies. Also known as the squire of Turkey creek, Lunsford has twice been invited to the White House to give demonstration of his folk songs and folk dances. On one occasion he performed there" before the king and queen of England. Known far and wide for his ability to sing from memory Lunsford once recorded 315 f oik j songs at Columbia university at Columbia university , without the aid of written words or music. He has also made re cordings for the Library of Con gress. Kenan stadium will be the setting for a folk-music festival to be sponsored by Lunsford and Dr. Boggs on June 18 and 19. Featuring that event will be a square dance team from Soco Gap. Lillie Lee Baker will di rect the program which will also present a Texas square dance team in folk dances of the west. What are the eight grounds for eviction? A.The following are the on ly grounds for eviction stated in the Housing and Rent Act of 1947 as amended: (1) If under the state law the tenant is violating the obliga tion of his tenancy or is com mitting a "nuisance, or is us ing the accommodations for an immoral or illegal purpose or for other than living, or dwelling purposes. (2) If a landlord or a member of his immediate .family wish es to occupy the quarters. (3) If the landlord has con tracted in writing to sell the place to a purchaser ; for his immediate occupancy.
