Of course, we've had the usual difficulties with rehearsal space, and we lose Memorial hall occasionally to visiting celebrities, but on the whole this is the friendliest group I've ever been associated with in a Gilbert and Sullivan Opera. "I've performed them with every instrument from a broken down piano to a full symphony orchestra. This year's orchestra has been hand-picked by Earl Slocum and has been wonderful to work with. The performances Friday, Saturday and Sunday night promise to be a delight from every point of view." DIMES FUNDS Half of all March of Dime funds remain with local chapters to carry on their work.
