Va., Feb., 5 West Virginia University will be heavily favored to break cut of its slump at the expense of the University of North Carolina here tomorrow night in a Southern Conference game . " ' ' ? The 12th ranked Meuntaineers, perhaps the hottest team in the nation iwo weeks ago, had to come from behind to beat a poor VMl team last week and had their 12 game, winning streak broken by Perm. State last Saturday. West Virginia was badly off against the Nittany lions, but Coach Red Brown thinks the team will come-back strong against the Tar Heels, who have lost four straight conference games. Against Penn State WVtF could make only 26 per cent of its shots compared to its season average of 39 percent.
