For further infor- Economic Talk By Portugese Scholar Today Dr. Antonia Pereira, outstanding economic history scholar of Portu gal, will conduct a seminar on "The Educational System in Portugal" this afternoon in 206 Carroll Hall at 3:30 o'clock. ' He will speak on "The Econom ic and Social Situation in Portu gal" in 106 Carroll Hall at 8 o' clock. The Institute of Latin American Studies and the School of Business Administration are co-sponsoring Dr. Pereira's brief visit here. Dr. Pereira, who arrived in Chapel Hill Sunday and will leave Wednesday, is chairman of the Lis bon School of Economics and auth or of extensive works in econom ics, history, geography and law.
